Rockefellar was against the domestic spying and wrote Cheney about it. Telling Rockefellar and a few others did not contitute obeying the law. Bush and Rice lied about this.

Bushies broke the law when they avoided the emergency courts. They also seem to be guilty of a massive domestic spying operation against not Al Qaida suspects, but every major liberal group out there, including vegetarian groups and environmental groups which are the enemies of fast foods and big oil cronies of Bush.

Bush's sole claim of legitimacy is based on the post 9-11 permission to go after Al Qaida. But that said nothing about illegal domestic spying operations, especially against non-Al Qaida parties. This is not only wrong, it's highly illegal and very impeachable.
