It's sad that the majority of Americans do not have a site like this where other OPINIONS and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS are discussed. WHERE one can reach his or her own conclusions.

Suma, Remember, not too many years ago when all you had was CBS, NBC and ABC to get your news. It was slanted in the direction they wished. Today, there is more than one slant. Americans can figure it out.

Michael Medved,Rush Limbaugh,Sean Hannity and others have been dedicating their entire program to telling the American people just what Bush has wanted to promulgate.

IMO the Liberal community is making a big mistake. For the most part, they are dismissive of the likes of Medved, Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly and even of George W. Bush.

They think that all you have to do is laugh when any of these names are brought up. For the most part, Liberals are pretty secure in their own little communities. They live in scores of tight little communities where they mostly think alike. These are communities with names like Ames, Ann Arbor, Berkeley, Bloomington, Boulder, Cambridge, Columbus, Durham, Evanston, Grinnell, Ithaca, Madison, Norman, Princeton Junction and such just to name a few off the top of my head.

Most of these people (Liberals) are secure in their little communities and in their professions (e.g., writers, artists, architects, teachers, journalists, professors, and scientists). They have made it and they live comfortably with like minded others.

In the meantime, they are being surrounded by a sea of red state ideologues. These ideologues are ready to storm the gates at those pretty little blue communities and their ivory towers.

I think you and I live in the real world. We converse (sort of) with real people on SI.
