It won't even be appealed. I followed the case, but didn't post much on it. The ID witnesses made fools of themselves.

From what I have heard, the judges ruling was of quite un-"Intelligent design" I wonder if it will be overturned.

Unlikely that it will be appealed. The school board that passed the policy has been voted out. The new school board is unlikely to appeal a ruling they probably agree with.
