John Dean says Bush confessed to impeachable offense. MSNBC also played a clip from 2004 of Bush on TV promising the American People that a warrant would always be secured before the government spies on anyone. He lied.

Barbara Boxer is asking the opinion of three top presidential legal scholars in addition to Dean (probably the #1 expert in the country having gone through Watergate) as to whether Bush is already guilty of an impeachable offence and should be removed from office.
