The GOP moderates must finally stand up to Bush. Now is their time. If they don't, they are not doing their duties and enforcing the laws they are sworn to uphold.

The rightwingers must too, but we can't expect them to be anything but partisan.

The wingers opened that can of worms. It was generally felt that the President was pretty much immune from prosecution while in office. But, in their zeal to nail Clinton on Jones, it was determined that a President, in fact, could be tried while in office.
