Bush clearly lied to the nation. Now no Bushie can say "Bush never lied". It's right there. He says every surveillance is only with a warrant. He is caught redhanded. Rove really blew it here. He should have had Bush deny it and pretend not to be in the loop. That's how Bush Sr. got out of Iran-Contra which he was actually running. By denying. Sometimes denying works. It's wrong but it can save your career.
