Impeachment is the better rote(sic) Nope. Impeachment is a political process. We want the President to be answerable to the judiciary. Plus if the President has a lot of his fellow-thugs in the House/Senate (as in the current situation), then he would not be impeached even if he committed grave crimes.

Bush is guilty of a really serious crime. Much worse than Watergate. He has told us that he will continue wiretapping US citizens without warrants because he "can". Lying that he's spying on Al Qaida. yeah right. Then why not get permission? it only takes a few hours. No legal reason whatsoever. And now the American People need to pull that stooge down off the stage and put him in his place. He cheated to win every election anyway. He is not really a legit POTUS and has hurt millions of good people on his dishonest climb to the top.

Now personally I think this is a bad idea. Even now. Impeachment is the better rote. But the legal precedent has been set, and there is an even bigger reason to apply it now than when Paula had her complaint. But such are the legacies of hate politics. Excellent point. We could do a shareholders' like lawsuit. ted
