I'm glad that the judge on this case was a Republican appointed by Bush or we would probably hear an endless litany about liberal judges who hate religion.

The only think I see is that Judge John E. Jones III is so poorly educated in science that he simply cannot understand that Darwinian theory is so full of holes at the basic science level that it is also just an idea whose belief rests on faith.

It is simply a different religion.
