Are you another mercenary lining your bank account through the misery of war profiteering? I absolutely, positively support a general draft without Cheney-style 5 deferrments for Cheney-style cowardice and without desertion for Bush-style cowardice. No deferrments except for actual physical or mental incapacity. Everyone, men and women both, drafted randomly from all American citizens 21-49. I wholeheartedly support a draft like that when we are at war. It makes for a shorter, more rational, more competent and thoughtful war.
