That may be SKI ... but at times counting a 3 as a 5 or vice versa will lead to a major error. I think the move to the big low off the Nov high was a 5 as well. That could not be concluded without going to very fine ticks and splitting things apart in detail.

For what it is worth SKI I sold heavily today. If things work out I may sell and trade a lot more in here.

I think the first move down off the top of the HUI/XAU was a 5 waver.

I had a 144 day time fib, exact, from the big low in May to the last high. I think that is significant. I have a count to match ... to match that it may have been a significant IT top.

Given the fact I think there was a 5 waver off the top, my possible longer term count, and the move(s) since the first low off the top, there are several possibilities open.

After the action of today this has to be what I must look at.

Things are not always what they first may seem.

But if one incorporates enough tools there is reason to be suspicious of a misread. A key here for me is the time fib I mentioned, the perceived 5 waver off the top, and the possible longer term count that the X is a i of 3 up complete.
