Al, It's not what he has done but what he has given himself the power to do. According to Bush, this power was granted to him by Congress. That will likely come up in any sort of investigation. Seems the Dems are now saying they never intended to do just that, but as usual, the "Party of Ideas" is just sticking to the old playbook. There are some real balance-of-power issues here, no doubt about it, but the most that could come out of this is a slap on the wrist. And even that is unlikely. Tenchusatsu
