We could start by pointing a finger at Senator Jay Rockefeller IV who is the Select Committee on Intelligence ranking Democrat. He was responsible for the memo on how to use Republicans to forward the Democrat agenda that resulted in the firing of a Republican staffer for finding the memo instead of the discharge of Senator Rockefeller. Carl Levin Dian Feinstein Ron Wyden Evan Bayh Barbara Mikulski Jon Corzine Corzine is going away and he would see little risk. He would like to ingratiate himself with the NY Times in his run up to the gubernatorial election. It would be great to see the perpetrator in a military jail.
