Never attack Fitzgerald. He is a straight ace. No partisanship whatsoever, and a Republican Bush appointee. Whatever Fitzgerald does goes. None of the usual dishonest smearing allowed. Got it?

The smear tactics from the right need to stop altogether.
Let our prosecutors, judges, congressional oversight committees etc. do their jobs.

Of course the DElay and Frist congress rarely does any oversight of Bushies. So they haven't been doing their jobs, but they're beginning to be forced to do so. This is the time for GOP moderates to step up and make sure congress does its duty.
