ommencing in January 2005, teachers would be required to read the following statement to students in the ninth grade biology class at Dover High School: Thanks for posting the actual language of the statement. I wonder how many people here believe that the language of the actual statement as adopted and read once to students actually represents a law affecting "an establishment of religion." If so, I would love to hear their reasons for thinking that.
