Merryfield, I started with the list on the Resource Investor article that I posted and then found a map. The article author cautioned about 'bullchip' investing noting that McEwen likes a certain kind of play. So far the best of the bunch have been snapped up.

The only one that remains a mystery is MAD.v but that has apparently been under quiet accumulation. Perhaps the BOD turned down RM's overtures and he is buying his stake the old fashioned way, through the market. One other that I would have expected to be a target has dropped like a rock of recent, BVG.v

I have thought about a few others, namely those with unprofitable mining operations, where the GG magic could be applied, but today's announcement of a buy in of Minera suggests that quality plays are of paramount importance.

Do not short change yourself on the way you got into the play/trade. A win is a win.

Now the question I am wondering about is this:
How does Rob McEwen combine all of these little companies into one Medium/Big company? I think I saw somewhere that he hates debt so borrowing may not be an option, so the other solution would be a share swap. Now I also thought I remember a comment about a commitment to shareowners and not continually diluting their position. Thoughts? History?
