That sounds like an urban legend to me. I think I'll submit it to Snopes. They don't have it yet.

According to Capitol Hill Blue

I have seen many quotes that only Capital Blue seem to dig up. They frequently have Bush saying one thing or another that demonstrates an overt lack of respect for the constitution.

It doesn't fly.

PS my comment to any support of the "Capital Blue" reliability is simply "Bullshit" Just in case you were so inclined, I saved you the effort.
