And how would you effect that? Maybe we need a federal program of Big Brothers? Or universal free college education so kids will have a success path? Even better, we could indoctrinate our kids in the glories of shoe sales... <g> I'm not thinking of a big brother type situation, or indoctrination. I thinking something much less forceful. Anything from speeches against terrorism, to diplomacy against foreign support of radical ideas that have been connected to terrorism (depending on the directness of the connection and the nature of the support we wouldn't try to repress the ideas, or even outlaw the foreign support, just quietly discourage it).
