There is a reason they call Bush "the chimp". One of them is that he has the intelligence of a chimp, not that of a human. He does have the authority to wiretap. But like a chimp his thinking stops there. What he does not figure is that in 2004 he clearly said that it needs a court order. So now the question is why did he ignore that since he was fully aware that he needed the OK of the FISA. That is where he broke the law where he cannot even plead ignorance since he knew he had to go to the FISA court. That is the issue. Not what you have posted which to me is a post from a moron since it misses the very point of what the nation is saying about Bush's actions.
