You have a lot of (good) company, JJ. Fwiw, the Commercials are still long bonds... Of course, they can be wrong, and investraders can be right... but that would not be my bet. You may yet get your refi cheap.

And I certainly wouldn't exclude more down here.....There's room for that without changing the basic technical position.....showing rates in uptrend, and IMHO pointing to continuation that uptrend ..

Do not agree your characterization Bernanke .....but, in any event, although the Chairman is usually portrayed as all-powerful, well to remember that he still has only ONE vote in the FOMC....gg
