No its a very bad thing. The PLNI web site should show all there products with prices and shipping instructions. It should be idiot proof!!! It should be set up to accept all forms of payment and have a handy purchase cart for all friendly users!

My story of wanting to buy Plastic lumber is just hypothetical to demonstrate that if even one wanted too they can not buy plastic lumber from Plasticon.

Very bad situation here!
