I'm sorry.... did we somehow skip the part where you established the 'known' falseness of the report? I seem to have missed whatever evidence you must have presented..... (I, and the author, too, both believe it to be highly unlikely that a President would choose to use such language... particularly in front of multiple potential witnesses... :) but I at least cannot say it is impossible.) If you can disprove this report, that would be great George.
