Steve, exactly. If Clinton had pulled a lot of this crap, and he did try some of it, he would get howls from the left and the right. But when Bush stomps on American freedom, the ditto heads make a 180 from their previously held principles. This wire-tapping scam may be one where he loses enough support for there to be some traction. When you get George Will and anyone at the Moonie Gazette, AKA The Washington Times, saying he's gone too far, dawn may finally be breaking over some marbleheads.
