Hi Bob,

Merry Christmas to you and Jan!

I agree that the tax loss selling currently taking SBSE down again will likely be a buying opportunity. I may not like this company anymore, but I do like making money and the short term play on this stock might just turn me a quick $1 profit.

The general selling that was sweeping many small cap stocks seems to have run its course. Then again maybe its only the winners they have stopped selling. Either way a nice pop in early 2006 would be a nice way to start the new year.

An off SBSE topic request for you my friend, I've mentioned my big winner of 2005 to you a number of times, but don't recall if you ever checked the stock out. The company (ATRO) just announced another contract award and its this type of contract that explains why I like this stock so much. The stock was up big in 2005 and I think the prospects are very good for another great performance in 2006. In fact, I believe 2006 will be the breakout year for this company. If the fundamentals don't excite you, the chart might! For a full explanation of where the company is going, all you need to do is go the the company website and invest 60 minutes listening to one of their recent presentations.

My guess is you are a "History Channel" kind of person. If you've seem recent Modern Marvels shows covering the development of commercial aviation or seen the recent "Boy's Toys" show about private jets, know that Astronics is all over the changes coming in the small jet market. 2006 should see the roll out to two new small jets on which Astronics will have major content. It really looks like the changes in the small jet market place could be as exciting as the changes sweeping through the semi-conductor area. Remember KVHI a few years ago?

Even if you don't tike the stock, I would love to know what your thought are and maybe you will see something that I have missed. Kind of feel like I might have "rose colored glasses" when it comes to Astronics.

Thanks for your kind Christmas greeting!

Chris

Hi Bob,

As 2005 comes to a close the shareholders of SBSE have another losing year to think about. With two trading days left in the year the stock is down $4.10 or 29.4% for 2005.

BooYah!

They say if you hold a stock long enough it will someday come back. The clock is now at 5 years and counting for this company.

Oh well, the end of another great year for the company. Must be time to issue management some new stock options, pay out the annual bonuses and hike the annual pay packages. God Bless America!

Chris
