Your dog will probably succeed in making the snowman depart. It might take a thaw or two. Your dog will learn that it takes perseverance. You can then tease the responsible neighbor about that.

LOLOL! Aren't those doggies funny?!! Tonight, we were watching AirBud on Cable....and our little Papilion was in the laundry room next door to where we were (his Office and bedroom) Every time Air Bud made a basket, Caesar somehow knew it, and barked. Every single time, just one bark....It was just too funny!

don't know how he knew....
