Wrong. Iran was moderating significantly in 1999-2001. There could have been a real breakthrough there. But then came Bush's "Axis Of Evil" speech, his blundering occupation of Iraq, Abu Graiab and a new Iranian election. Guess who won? The most anti-American candidates only, of course. So Bush is responsible for that. Just as he is responsible for whomever wins in Iraq, which looks like Islamic mullahs.

Also, Bush made North Korea more dangerous by disengaging with them at the same time he threatened them. Both NK and Iran may have nukes now because of Bush's threats and lack of diplomacy.

So tell me honestly, is this what Bush had in mind when he made his Acis Of Evil speech? To turn all three places into more dangerous places? Something to consider next time you get the urge to praise Bush for being a great commander in chief. But gee, at least we don't have that "traitor" Kerry in charge, huh? He's really "weak on defence". As if.
