I have to check with Ken, but it seems that OSIP is planning on closing its August 22 downgap.

It has been cutting its loss and has had 3 consecutive Qs of significant better revenues. Of course this is just a comment, since it is out of my buying range.<g>

AMGN Already closed its July 20 upgap on Oct.21 <g>

OK Bernard .. I'll wait till FNSR fills the Gap too .. OK ?

If you are talking about the Sep.2 upgap, it seems you may have to wait too long.

If the gap isn't filled in 90 days, many times you have to wait 90 weeks or even 90 months for it to fill.(At least, I think that's what I heard Ken saying sometime ago.<g>)

If FNSR can close above its Dec.27-Dec.29 double top at the 2.45 level it may complete that saucer pattern that may carry the stock to the 6.50 level.<g>

It has reported much better revenues for the last 4 Qs and the 2nd Q closed on the black column. The pending 2Qs should also look better by comparison since the EL for 2006 is only $0.01/shr and on the pending 2Qs the loss/shr was $0.09. For 2007 it is expected that earnings will be around $0.07/shr

FNSR hasn't closed on the black column since 2001 when earnings were $0.13/shr (Earnings were $0.03/shr in 1999 and $0.06/shr in 2000) On all those 3 years the stock traded above the $40 level, but of course those wee different times.<G>
