I seldom bother to give you slime this much, but here's why you are full of it. 1) The points dealing with re-organization of the House were, indeed, all implemented when Newt took over, and most are still in place. 2) The points dealing with changing the political structure of the NATION to drain away 38 years of Democrat puss were presented as guarantees to bring them up for a VOTE, NOT to implement, which is subject to the relative influence that the domestic enemy would retain. The best example is TERM LIMITS. They were, indeed, brought up for a vote, but the pork-addicted House members couldn't bring themselves to vote for the decent way. The balanced budget passed the House, only to be killed by the SENATE pork-addicts. The Contract was delivered in full, and changed the American debate for the last decade. But enough of wasting my time instructing a greasy foreigner like you. Keep your nose OUT of the politics and history of the REAL America, or-instead of your being quietly shipped home-it will be to cheering crowds...
