Alright, please stick with me a bit further...perhaps I'm being dense, but what's the deal with this?

Per VWKM's website this is the O/S 10.31.2005.

Outstanding Shares 2,964,540,078

(today from RB post 12.22.2005)

Thanks Creede for tele #. Just got off phone with TA. Very cantankerous, reluctant, and not forthcoming in my opinion! I was told that the issued shares are 2,904,540,078.

I asked for the outstanding count and was told people that because of a technecality he would not quote the "outstanding" I asked about the Float and was pretty much given the same answer. Mind you, I was very polite during iur whole conversation. These people whoever they are just do not want to be bothered. It might serve well VWKM to call your own TA (anonymously) and see waht shareholders have to put up with!

It's like a big bother. I guess we are supposed to hand over our money no questions asked! Is that right? Should I just just hand over my hard earned money VWKM, without having access to the share structure? Will you take care of eveything for me that I should faithfully and blindly trust VWKM with my $$$ and the $$$ of those I may have recc this stock to? I know for sure that this is how VWKM handles it's own interests. Right?

That's the same # that was in the PR from VWKM. Now the "Issued" is minus 60 mil...How is that possible? TIA
