I think any arbitrage trade will be automatically done in these computer-driven markets. So, if February SP puts are out
of whack with Feb. IV, they will be quickly bought or sold.

Do you have fed fund rates for the years say 1927 thru 1934

I am interested in 1900-1953 but the above years most important
