I suggest :

Aur Resources (AUR-t) produces pure copper at its mines in Chile, so pure that it receives an 7-8 cent per lb premium over LME prices. The company appears strong fundamentally with large cash balances and a pretty good pipeline of projects in the future. There's a good recent presentation on its web-site.

(A shortage of refining capability suggests an abundance of concentrate and therefore higher refining charges. AUR will not suffer higher refining charges)

First Quantum also produces premium cathode copper in Zambia. Any sulphide ore it produces is smelted in Zambia and cathodes produced as well.
