Also, in response to a question toward the end on breakup fees, the answer was just "normative phaseout transition fees, that's all".

I heard the same CC you did. These “phaseout fees” in the event that ARISE fails probably amount to a substantial portion of the up-front $50M. Hence, calling the $50M “non-refundable” is just semantic spin. Regards, Dew
