Relocating Israel on Mars would definitely put it out of reach of Iran's evil designs, wouldn't it?

Don't be so sure, Gus.
With the help of the Chinese and their US technology acquired with the assistance of Clinton, they may well get enough bad guys up there to start the first Mars Intefada ;)

It wouldn't bother me at all if Israel cleaned up the neighborhood with their nukes.

But how do you convince the people who want the US to abandon Israel that that is what would happen?

Gus,

here is a good one from the top 10 worst predictions for 2005:

9. "The big, big story of 2005 could be collapse of the dollar."
--Peter schiff, founder of Euro Pacific Capital in Newport Beach, Calif., January 2, 2005.

(What really happened: The dollar surged 14% against the Japanese yen and 13% against the euro from the start of the year through mid-December.)
