What you call "old news" is indicative of the lengths you'll go to to defend the indefensible. Your threats were explicit and aggressive and do not reflect well on you in the least. You cannot justify that egregious behavior. You're not a marine sniper on a mission, you're just someone who doesn't like his delusions being challenged. Keep your anger in check and try to behave like an adult in public. The next time you think making threats of physical violence is OK, take a deep breath and think about how they make you look to everyone else.

You need either to change your medication, treatment or doctor, sunshine - your paranoia is becoming worse by the day. Go lie down in a cool, darkened room and listen to whale music or something soothing, and think of something other than PLNI.
