I agree. And none of those dire consequences such as dictatorship, etc. have ensued. The Constitution and checks and balances are alive and well. Legislative action such as the Patriot Act have been undertaken. The Courts have trimmed the President's sails when he has overstepped his bounds. The Constitution works. Defeatist whiners like you make me sick. You won't be happy until there is another 9/11 and after tying Bush's hands ...will then seek to blame him....Inf'ingcredible.... J.
