If memory serves me correctly, Olsen was on flight 77. The alleged Cleveland landing may or may not have been flight 93 depending on the source.

To the best of my knowledge, the Tom Flocco piece has never been confirmed independently, and Tom Flocco is widely known to be an unreliable source. "IF" (big if) Barbara Olsen was discovered alive in September, by US agents, I think it's a safe bet she is dead by now.
