well, what I have done is throw up a 5 day simple mov avg based on old SI traders who claimed that a 5 day was an accurate measure of momentum

it also happens to correlate well with a quoteTracker custom parabolic sar which keeps closer tabs than a usual sar

what exactly I'll do if it hits that I don't really know yet, but at least it's something to watch

with regards to something new. I am absolutely intrigued by the whole idea of explosive growth in internet advertising and especially the growth an distribution of on demand video. just in the last 12 hours I found video clip sites in business week - vidilife.com - the front page of today's online NY Times -youtube.com - and somehow stumbled across metacafe.com trying to read about the internet. they all seem to be social sites too, especially vidilife.

right now I am considering redf which seems to be a big Indian content provider - but it's not undiscovered like TSCM was (is?).

Cramer says GOOG is looking like a top, and if so, that would free up a bunch of cash - don't know if Cramer is right, but I do think GOOG has made a little pennant, and if it falls out of that I guess I will sell on general principles...

Bob

ok

how about this St Joe (JOE) that Cramer has been talking about -
certainly OBV has made a long base, and JOE itself has broken out of a cup and handle...

I made a few bucks on this thing when Cramer first mentioned it, but haven't followed it for awhile - real estate development is certainly not high on anyone's list right now
