Why did the Kurds make an oil deal with the Norwegians? Why is the IMF loaning money to Iraq for its recovery if we've allocated 1/2 trillion to Iraq/Afghanistan invasion/reconstruction? Will Iraq pay us back as Wolfowitz said they would or will they pay the IMF back and ignore us? It's very confusing....I think there's still some pecan pie around here somewhere...
