I've finished my definitive agreement to buy Google using private finances. If I send my proposal to the SEC for approval and put out a press release, do you think that might enhance my chances?

P.S. OK, so perhaps I'm one, two, maybe several thousand billion short, but I am confident I can raise it through innovate increases in my authorized share count that are shareholder friendly. If approved, I should be receiving advertising contracts worth billions!

My statement was relaying confirming information from a company representative. Relaying confirming information immediately makes the information heresay, and thus not a personal declaration.

You continually quote written materials (as you have been taught to do) which conveys information published by the company. You then ask questions which, through innuendo, cast the company in a negative light. This is exactly the same tactic used by Anthony @ Pacific, and it landed him in jail. What do you suppose it could do for you?
