CC, I think this story is going to be explosive, especially since he tried to circumvent the law and kept it secret outside of the law instead of within the law such as FISA.

And then you have the Alito memos released by the National Archives.

All these together would make for a very interesting January '06: Alito confirmation, renewal of the extended Patriot Act etc.
