Well one senator was concerned that coming from Winnipeg they might freeze in transit... I mean it's not like they came from somewhere like Maine, Minnesota or Wyoming where all danger of freezing would be moot :O)

Well Sarge - I think the Canadian drugs are totally safe - if they come from the controlled supply system. The issue of safety is relevant when you simply open up the supply to mail order delivery.

The whole issue of political favors for political "support" is one that corrupts all democracies. Some work it through advertising deals - some work it through constituencies.

As for the wood thing - based on what I know I totally agree with the Canadian position. I particularly don't understand why democratic voting states like Oregon and Washington are protected.
