I think the right wing is spinning visciously and the more they do the more foolish they appear.. Now think about this statement that they use to spin:

Bush broke the law because Clinton broke the law.

Take the case of surveillance at the mosque. NUclear radiation is something that you need to prevent a guy from bringing those material in in the first place. So why not take the mosque administration into confidence and declare that they are keeping the mosque under surveillance. This would keep everybody safe and would deter anybody to even think of hiding a device in there. Instead Bush keeps them under surveillance. I seriously wonder if the surveillance was for nuclear material of something else.

But what the right wing fascists do not get is that all these can be done under the law by seeking a secret court's approval. They didn't do so. Not only laws were broken but Bush went beyond and became a Big Brother through these secret wiretaps to go against those who do not support them politically.

Clue: It isn't those who say "Clinton did it so Bush can too" who are terribly hypocritical. It is those who nary complained when Clinton did, but complain heartily now. It seems there is law which allows this activity, and hopefully indeed this tapping activity has been limited as promised, and quite proper therefore.
