Drugs are a reality too.
It's not like the stock market, oil etc. It's a basic. Like a place to live. It's being fouled. Soon you won't even be able to put a trap out.
Not sour grapes. Just hate to see what's going on. Be happy with your greed. Someone is going to lose big time because of it. But you'll never think of it that way.

Rust belt area...small yuppie city near a big city...1800 sq ft Condo on a Golf Course, yuppie community.....$400000 to $500000.00.............

Same condo 65 miles North,near a Golf Course with a 5 min drive, small, rural, blue collar city, lovely community...$180000.00

lot of choice out there....
