Naked Short Selling is the same as counterfeiting money. It should be illegal. If MM's want to short sell a stock, they should borrow the shares and be required to deliver IAW the law. Huge naked short positions are an outrage to people who invest their hard earned money in a stock. It's theft... pure and simple... when it is done to artificailly drive the stock into the dirt. And anyone who assits in such activity should be prosecuted. rrm
