I haven't sold a share SHAD. I have been on the phone with chopper and downdraft trying to triangulate the truth. I have been lied to, and have, by posting what I was told, help to spead the lies. The company has a responsibility to advise us all what is going on. I have taken a lot of heat without comment today... and rightly so... but I haven't profited on penny. In fact I am down $15K as I write this. I still have not recieved any response to email that I posted early this morning to Jim Turek and Bill Howe. I understand that Jim is not in the office today. To say that BBD has "made a killing" implies that you know that he has sold his holdings. I do not know that to be true.

Longs:

Well.. what a night and trading day this has been. I answered 81 emails and talked with numerous traders today. Each expressed concern with PLNI's actions. So have I. Here is the message I sent to Jim Turek and Bill Howe this morning:

Subject: Stock Dilution

Gentlemen,

As recently as November 14th, I was told by you Bill
that the increase in authorized shares to 5 Billion
had not changed the Outstanding shares and float "one
iota!" Tonight it is evident that the information you
provided was slightly off the mark. The issuance of
500 million dilutive shares and increase of the float
by 190 million shares appears to more clearly explain
the tumbling share price.

Jim, on 3 August you said...

"LEXINGTON, Ken., Aug. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) --
Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK -
News) announced today that this week the company will
acquire Pro Mold, Inc., one of the premiere injection
molding facilities in the Midwest. The privately
financed acquisition (with no dilution for PLNI
shareholders), ..."

and on 27 September you said...

"LEXINGTON, Ky., Sept. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) --
Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK -
News) today announced that due diligence has been
completed, SEMCO's audit is finalized and reviewed,
and Plasticon is now in the final product review stage
of the privately financed acquisition of SEMCO,
Inc...."

Both of those statements indicated private
financing... yet here we are with shareholders up in
arms about this recent dilution revelation. I must
say that I too feel deceived and uninformed.

You owe your shareholders a clear and detailed
explaination of why these 500,000,000 shares were
issued for sale and why your 5000 shareholders didn't
have the right to know before they were issued. You
had just bought back 200M shares and had indicated
further buy backs were under review! You have lost a
great deal of credibility in the eyes of people who
trusted you.

I quote your own words...

"The management team and employees of Plasticon
International are also shareholders like you. We are
fully committed to aggressively growing the company
and executing our business plan, which we believe will
be reflected in the share value.

I am certain that this dilutive news will be reflected
in the share value today...

"We are excited about Plasticon's future prospects and
opportunities. I look forward to sharing future
developments with you as they progress. Once again,
thank you for your continued support."

There are many of your 5000 shareholders who are
expressing very little support this evening. We are
very disappointed.

How will you address this issue?

Sincerely,
---------------------------------

As I write there has been no response from management. I will state for the record that I have not sold a single PLNI share since I started accumulation several months back. I will await company news before making any decision to sell. I still feel that the PLNI/ProMold/SEMCO merge will create a positive cashflow company with good business prospects.

They will have to convince me that it is in my financial interest to trust them again.

ex... I believe we have an incomplete picture of everything that is going on. Unfortunately, that incomplete picture doesn't inspire confidence. Investor relations are a crucial part of any companies future. Today, many good, well intentioned shareholders sold for a loss because they were disgusted with the news. They will forever spread their bad experience with PLNI, Jim Turek, and Bill Howe. What price does that negative PR cost the company over the next few years? Why would any businessman allow such negative feelings to go unchallenged? It is a high price to pay in my view. Incredible. Still... I will reserve further comment until we hear from the company.

I have several comments:

(1) This is a total surprize. Not mentioned in any discussions I have had with BizDev people.
(2) This has to have been recently derived. On the Nov 14th call I was told zero changes to O/S and Float. Others have been told the same even more recently.
(3) This is certainly dilutive.
(4) I am not real happy to hear it.
(5) I will be contacting the company for comment.

Let me add a comment:

The fact that the company has updated the Issued so that the A/S is roughtly 2.17 times the O/S may have bearing on some sort of share restructuring plan discussed in PR earlier in the year. Rumors of such a plan are out there.
More importantly, the update to pinksheets may bode well for news in the near term.
