A white Christmas indeed.

So how was yours? We had a few friends and some of my wife's family over for dinner, including one of her uncles from out of the country that the kids and I had never met. That was interesting.

Also interesting was our first attempt to deep fry a turkey. Nothing like 375 degree oil bubbling in the pot when you lower the turkey in. Even though I over-cooked it, it wasn't bad.
