Never will it be said that I tried to change your mind. <g> I think MacKay has a chance more because of his new girlfriend than anything else. We have had a long list of Prime Ministers who are somehow connected to the Desmarais Family, and that is the only reason I think MacKay has a chance. I have to say I am spectacularly depressed about the wretched state of Canadian Politics. I have never in my life seen as big a herd of wierdo's, whacko's and outright crooks assembled in one place, for one purpose, and the RCMP are once again ignoring them. I don't believe Canadians are yet angry enough to cause change in the system. Part of that is there is no "Saviour" on the scene. That is the only reason the Liberals have any credibility left. I am looking forward to the new debates, and the rest of the campaign. NB I don't think Stevie or Jack are particularly palatable either, but Martin not closing the tax Shelter he happens to be using makes me so angry I can see no good in him. Of course maybe his is simply pure Evil.
