Can't start til spring, so 4-5mo after that for underground mining. Hoping for an early thaw. But investors don't like to wait, usually prefer to chase other plays and come back just in time for the delayed ones. But usually out of sight, out of mind, and a play will start up without all the players on board. The mkt cap of this stock is less than the value of the permitted mill alone. So there is no premium for the hi-grade moly prop, the mines that produced 2M oz gold, or anything else. This is my major moly play and I will wait. Building a position takes time, I often keep a large bushel basket under RMKL to take sh off the hands of tired longs.
