FISA did not limit wiretaps, you BS artist. They approved 99% of them. Wuit covering up for these crooked dishonest liars occupying our White House. The only reason Bush avoided the court was so he could tap political opponents of his, like Nixon did but worse. That is highly illegal and the SUpreme Court ruled on that 9-0. Any honest Republican or American knows Bush went way-way over the line and now has to pay for it. That is, if our laws and Constitution mean anything. If they don't, then we are headed for a totalitarian state not much better than Saddam's Iraq. Wrong way to go. Time to investigate this fully and hold anyone who broke the law, including Bush, fully accountable.
