Now Sarge Paul Martin says it is Canadians fault for not being inclusive enough. As Canadians we need to make these little brats feel more included in our culture, legalise handguns and start to shoot back! Well maybe just treat them like adults, and put them in prison for 30 years or so. BTW gun crime sentences should all be consecutive, not concurrent. Any sign of continued gang involvement should immediately rule out parole, and victims of crimes committed by parolees should be able to sue the people who granted the parolee his release.
