Real Estate has gone up for a number of reasons... not just the tax cuts. Yes, affordable housing is a BIG regional problem. On the other end of the statistical scale, a larger percentage of Americans own homes than ever before.

BTW, if only 8% of people in CA can afford to buy a house, what's going to happen to housing prices?
